Areas I cover around Ellenbrook

I service Ellenbrook and the surrounding north-east corridor. Estate homes, growth suburbs, and the larger-block edges. Different suburbs, same pattern: the house was enough at move-in, now it needs more.

The Ellenbrook estate-retrofit lane

Ellenbrook and the surrounding suburbs are not old-home renovation territory. They're houses people have grown into.

The homes are typically well-built, decent-quality estate stock from the 2000s and 2010s. The problem is not that the original work was bad — it's that the original work was done for a different life. A family moves in, a few years pass, and suddenly there's an EV, a pool, a home office, solar that needs a battery, and three kids who each need their own charging station.

That's the lane I work. Homeowner retrofit. Add the useful stuff. Check whether the board can handle it. Do it properly so you're not tripping circuits every time the aircon and charger run together.

Core Estate

The heart of my work. Ellenbrook and Aveley are master-planned family estates from the 2000s and 2010s. Solid homes with decent gear that are now living a bigger life than they were handed over for. EV chargers, solar batteries, pool equipment, home offices — the original switchboard allowance starts running thin.

Ellenbrook homes are usually solid newer builds that have grown into bigger loads: EVs, solar, pool gear, home offices and more garage power.

Aveley is full of family homes where the original electrical layout was fine at handover but not enough once the family and gear grew.

Larger Homes

The Vines, Belhus and Upper Swan often mean bigger blocks, bigger garages, longer cable runs and more outdoor circuits. Gate lighting, shed power, outdoor entertainment areas and larger charger installs are common. Different from tight estate work, but same attention to load planning.

The Vines jobs often mean bigger garages, longer cable runs, outdoor lighting and more load than a basic estate switchboard was built around.

Belhus

6069

Belhus jobs can mean more distance between the board and the load, so outdoor circuits and shed power need a cleaner plan than a quick estate add-on.

Upper Swan is where the Ellenbrook-style retrofit work starts turning into longer runs, sheds, pumps and outdoor gear.

Growth Corridor

Brabham, Henley Brook, Dayton and Caversham are newer growth areas. Homes here often got the basics at handover and now need the useful extras added: proper garage power, study circuits, upgraded lighting, EV charger prep and switchboard breathing room.

Henley Brook sits between estate living and bigger-block jobs, so the electrical work often mixes family-home upgrades with longer outdoor runs.

Brabham jobs often start with a newer house that got the basics at handover and now needs the useful extras added properly.

Dayton

6055

Dayton homes are newer but still hit the same problem: modern families adding more gear than the original plan allowed for.

View Dayton

Caversham work often blends newer estate add-ons with established-home tidy-ups around outdoor areas, garages and security cabling.

Outer Corridor

Bullsbrook, Lexia and Melaleuca are where estate work turns into semi-rural. Longer runs, shed circuits, outdoor loads, pump power and practical electrical planning for properties with more distance between the board and where the power is needed.

Bullsbrook jobs often need practical electrical work over bigger distances: sheds, outdoor loads, faults and upgrades that have to be planned properly.

Lexia

6079

Lexia sits on the edge of the tighter estate work, so the jobs tend to be longer runs, outdoor circuits and practical load planning.

View Lexia

Melaleuca is not a tight suburban estate, so the work needs attention to distance, outdoor exposure and the real load at the far end of the run.

Not sure if I cover your area?

If you're just outside the suburbs listed here, still give me a bell. If I can get there, I will. If not, I'll tell you straight.
