This patch suits the way I like working
Ellenbrook, Aveley and Brabham are full of homes that are still pretty modern, but already doing a lot more than they were built for. The original handover was one thing. Real family life is another. EV in the garage. Pool gear out the back. Extra fridges. Solar that now needs a battery added. A study that turned into a proper office.
That's the work I keep getting called back for.
The Vines is a bit different again. Bigger blocks. Bigger garages. More outdoor power, gate lighting and charger installs. Upper Swan and Bullsbrook can stretch into longer runs, sheds and outdoor circuits. Same trade, different flavour.
I've been sorting electrical jobs across Perth for longer than I care to admit, and this north-east corridor has its own rhythm. People are busy. They'd rather text than sit on the phone for twenty minutes. They want to know if the job is simple, messy, urgent or worth bundling with two other jobs while I'm there. Fair enough. That's how I like to quote too.
Photo-first quoting
A lot of my Ellenbrook work starts with a photo and a short message:
- "Can this board take a charger?"
- "Can you add two GPOs in the study?"
- "Pool's going in next month. What do we need?"
That's normal out here, and it usually gets the job moving faster than three rounds of email waffle.
